We are proud to celebrate Zoe King, fetal sonographer, as one of our latest High Five Award recipients. This award honors team members who have been directly acknowledged by patients and families for making a lasting impact on their care experience.
The recognition came from a patient who praised Zoe’s compassionate and attentive care, describing it as the best patient care experience she had ever received. Such feedback reflects the dedication, professionalism, and empathy Zoe brings to every interaction with patients and families. Her ability to provide both expert clinical care and genuine compassion helps create a positive environment during what can often be an emotional and important time for families.
This is not the first time Zoe has been recognized for her commitment to patient experience. Just a few months ago, she received the Radiology MVP Award for an outstanding patient experience call-out, further highlighting the consistent impact she has on the families she serves.
Receiving both the Radiology MVP Award and now a High Five Award is a testament to Zoe’s unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional care and creating meaningful connections with patients. Her commitment exemplifies the values of Cincinnati Children’s and serves as an inspiration to colleagues across the department.
High Five recipients are identified through Patient Family Experience (PFE) surveys that are shared following a patient’s Radiology visit. When patients and families take the time to recognize a team member for outstanding care, those comments are highlighted by Cincinnati Children’s Center for Patient Family Experience and shared with the employee and their leadership team.

Glenn Miñano is a media specialist in the Department of Radiology, providing graphic design, photography, printing, video services, and administration of the department’s online properties. His works have been published in several medical articles, such as the American Journal of Radiology and the American Institute of Ultrasound. He has been providing these services to the Radiology Department since 1996.
