Radiology Patient Experience Update: September Highlights

At Cincinnati Children’s Radiology, we’re proud to share the latest patient experience results from September. Our commitment to compassionate care, clear communication, and patient safety continues to shine through in the feedback we receive from families.

Families rated their experience with our Radiology team members across several key areas, and the results speak volumes:

  • Listening carefully to patients and families
  • Explaining things clearly and understandably
  • Treating everyone with respect
  • Responding to concerns thoughtfully
  • Ensuring comfort throughout the visit
  • Prioritizing safety at every step

This outstanding score reflects the dedication of our staff to making every patient feel heard, safe, and cared for.

Here are just a few of the heartfelt comments we received in September:

“Super friendly staff! Had a great experience.”
“Everyone was kind, helpful, and friendly. Explained everything, and put us all at ease.”
“Kept my baby safe while under anesthesia.”
“Employees seemed happy and comfortable at work. Thank you to every person I interacted with. Wow. They were all so good.”
“Everyone was very, very nice and welcoming.”
“Everyone was very accommodating, professional, and patient.”

These words remind us why we do what we do—and inspire us to keep improving every day.
