Radiology MVP November: Honoring Dr. Jennifer Nicholas 

The Radiology Employee Experience team has announced that Jennifer Nicholas, MD, MHA, and MEd was selected as the November Radiology MVP, recognizing her efforts to make improvements across ultrasound that made the experience better for both patients and employees. Dr. Nicholas stays committed and stands with team members throughout change processes to ensure projects are successful and effective. Her compassionate approach at work and at life makes a difference for the patients she cares for and the team she works alongside. Congratulations, Dr. Nicholas! This team has been grateful to work alongside you and wishes you the best on the next leg of your professional journey! 

Below is Dr. Nicholas’s nomination: 

Jennifer has worked tirelessly since joining our team, leading countless quality improvement projects and developing new clinical service lines in ultrasound. She consistently goes above and beyond to support new initiatives, ensuring that every project launches successfully. Jennifer is remarkable at building consensus across a diverse group of radiologists and technologists, patiently navigating differing perspectives until every voice has been heard. She’s a role model for professionalism, taking challenges head-on and always keeping patient care at the center of every decision. Beyond her incredible work ethic, Jennifer is simply a wonderful human being who genuinely wants to make life better for her colleagues and provide the best possible care for all children. We are truly lucky to have her in our department.
