Meet Nicole Kotha: Clinical Research Coordinator at IRC, Cincinnati Children’s

Hi, I’m Nicole Kotha, and I’m excited to join the IRC as a clinical research coordinator! I grew up right here in Cincinnati in Anderson Township and spent a lot of my childhood swimming. One of my favorite memories is being on Coney Island’s swim team. I graduated from the University of Dayton in 2018 and have been working in clinical research ever since.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, going to concerts, reading, traveling, and hanging out with my two cats, Elowyn and Lachlan. Recently I finished reading The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager.

I’ve always been passionate about the medical field because clinical research turns knowledge into better care for patients. Growing up here, I knew Cincinnati Children’s was an amazing hospital, and I’m thrilled to be part of the IRC team!
