Hi everyone! My name is Annabelle Etheridge, and I’m excited to join the Radiology team! I grew up in Chicago, where my family still lives today. Some of my favorite memories growing up involve classic Chicago winters. Nothing beat a snow day after a huge blizzard, spending hours building snow tunnels and forts with friends. I came to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University, where I studied health services administration with a business minor.
My path into healthcare has always been rooted in a desire to help others. I originally started at Xavier in the nursing program because I was drawn to the connection between patient care, science, and service. While nursing remains my long-term goal, I realized I wanted to broaden my understanding of healthcare operations and transitioned into health services administration. That experience helped me develop a deeper appreciation for how strong operational support can positively impact both patients and clinical teams.
I chose Cincinnati Children’s because of its outstanding reputation for patient care, innovation, and commitment to supporting patients, families, and employees. As a recent graduate looking to build a career in healthcare, I knew this was the perfect place to learn, grow, and contribute to an organization making such a meaningful difference.

As an operations tech in Radiology, I am stepping into a brand-new role, which means we’re all learning together! My current focus is serving as an advocate for our clinical staff throughout ongoing construction projects and beyond. I’m looking forward to learning the unique workflows of each modality and finding ways to support the team, whether that’s coordinating work orders, improving processes, or helping remove barriers that allow the clinical team to focus on patient care.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, fostering animals through Cincinnati Animal Care, and traveling. I recently traveled to England to visit family and then spent two and a half weeks exploring Greece. The last book I read was Let Them by Mel Robbins, and the last movie I watched was Obsession. I’m excited to be here, get to know everyone, and be part of the Radiology team. Please feel free to say hello if you see me around!
