Hi, I’m Claire Herzog and grew up in the westside of Cincinnati. After high school I attended the University of Cincinnati, which is only a few minutes from home.
As a very active person, I played soccer throughout the years and with most sports I received many bumps and bruises, some of which required a lot of x-ray exams. Getting an x-ray exam lead me into the path of my medical career.
My hobbies are gardening and playing on a coed soccer team. The last book I read was Watch Me Disappear by Janelle Brown.
Hi, I’m Maria Mitter. I am working PRN (per diem – works as needed, not a regular weekly schedule) as a Sonographer in the Ultrasound Division. I graduated from Kettering College with a Bachelors in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
I am originally from Dayton, OH, however I moved to Colorado and worked at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver and Colorado Springs. I have recently relocated back home to the area and have absolutely loved working here the past 6 months! I also work full time as a high-risk Ob/Gyn Sonographer in the Maternal Fetal Medicine department at the University of Cincinnati.
When I am not working, I love to stay active and be outdoors. I am in two sand volleyball leagues during the week, enjoying hiking, camping, traveling and taking my kayak out on the weekends.
