March Patient Family Experience Update

At Cincinnati Children’s Radiology, delivering outstanding patient and family-centered care is our top priority. Each month, we carefully review survey feedback to understand how we’re doing—and where we can improve.

We’re thrilled to report outstanding satisfaction scores from our March surveys:

  • 92.3% of 272 patients and family members rated our care a 9 or 10 out of 10
  • 93.8% would recommend Cincinnati Children’s Hospital to their family and friends

These results show the deep trust our community places in us—and inspire us to keep raising the bar for patient care.

Patients and their families frequently highlight:

  • Kind and courteous staff
  • Prompt, professional service
  • A sense of comfort and reassurance during visits
  • “My daughter is often on the anxious side when she is in a medical setting. This experience was so great; I feel like it has shown her that she doesn’t need to be worried or scared.”
  • “Everyone was very kind and professional, and everything was right on time.”
  • “I really appreciate everything you do.”
