Cincinnati Children’s Radiology: July Patient Experience Update

At Cincinnati Children’s Radiology, providing an exceptional experience for every patient and family remains at the heart of what we do. Each month, feedback from our families helps us celebrate successes, recognize our team members, and identify opportunities to continue improving the care we provide.

We are grateful for the many families who take the time to share their experiences with us. Here are a few comments received in June:

“The staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. We received excellent care and had a very positive experience. Thank you.”

“Technologists were super quick, which is what we needed for our disabled son.”

“Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped my daughter be at ease for her scans (nearly 2 hours long). Keep up the good work! Well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to be able to use Cincinnati Children’s facilities.”

These comments reflect the dedication of our team members who work every day to provide compassionate, family-centered care while ensuring patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.

June Data Update

We are pleased to share that Radiology is off to a strong start in FY26.

Radiology FY26 Overall Patient & Family Experience (PFE) Goal: 89.0%

Radiology FY26 Overall Score (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026): 89.7%

Additionally, 97.1% of families who completed our post-visit survey agreed that our team members:

  • Treat them with courtesy and respect
  • Listen carefully
  • Explain things in an easy-to-understand way
  • Respond to concerns and questions
  • Show concern for patient comfort
  • Prioritize their child’s safety

These results reflect the hard work, kindness, and dedication of our Radiology team. Every interaction—from scheduling an appointment to completing an imaging exam—helps create a positive experience for the children and families we serve.
