August Radiology Patient Experience Update

How are we doing?

For FY 22 – Testing (Radiology and Lab combined) met goal of 89.5% positive, 6 out of 12 months!

In July, 92.4 % of the 288 families surveyed gave Radiology a positive score for “Overall rating of facility.”

This exceeds our FY23 Goal of 92.0%

What’s New?

An additional question has been added to the PE Survey: For this visit, were you able to schedule an appointment for your child as soon as you needed?

This additional data will help measure future interventions aimed at providing more timely access to imaging and improving patient experience.
