Hi, my name is Jasmine Fails and I am one of the new IRC MRI technologists. I was born and raised on the west side of Cincy. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and kayaking with my friends and boyfriend. When I am not outside, I love watching all kinds of movies and shows, but my guilty pleasure is watching reality TV shows with my chunky, lazy cat Rosie!
I always knew that I wanted to work in the health care field yet had no idea what exactly I wanted to do, except for having a potential career at Cincinnati Children’s. At Morehead State University, I fell in love with the radiology field and all the amazing things we get to do. I have been a Cincinnati Children’s employee for the past two years. After graduating X-ray school, I became a full-time radiologic technologist at the Liberty campus. There, I grew to love working in pediatrics and decided that I never wanted to work with adults again.
Also, while working at Liberty in X-ray, I completed my MRI program and clinical hours to receive my certification. I am thankful for my Liberty crew for helping me reach my career goal as an MRI technologist. I am excited to start my adventure here in research with my amazing coworkers and participants.
