Our May/June Radiology MVP Winner is none other than Olivia Catanzaro, Reading Room supervisor. She may be a voice on the other end of the phone, but her impact reaches far beyond connecting providers with radiologists.
Olivia works hard to support her staff while also spreading joy to those who work in the department. The Employee Experience Council was lucky to have Olivia join them after the 2025 Radiology Week when she stepped in at the last minute to support the fun activities and make sure everyone could feel included and appreciated. But this behavior isn’t new, as her nomination calls out her “unwavering commitment” to the department and the “genuine joy she brings to the team and our work.” Anyone who walks into the Reading Room when Olivia is working is familiar with her warm smile and willingness to help in any way. Radiology is lucky to have her spreading her joy and brightening the days of others. Below is Olivia’s nomination:
I’d like to nominate Olivia for the MVP award in recognition of her exceptional dedication, quiet leadership, and unwavering commitment to our department. She consistently goes above and beyond, a deep commitment to employee engagement and serving as a trusted, go-to resource with an impressive depth of knowledge. Olivia’s willingness to help—no matter the ask—reflects her genuine care for both her colleagues and our shared mission. She brings genuine joy to our team and approaches our work with a contagious enthusiasm for the meaningful impact we’re privileged to make. As an unsung hero, she leads not by seeking recognition, but by strengthening our team and community of radiology every single day.
